Ordered again, delivery in three weeks. After fourth week, picked up order, wrong windows in door, now heading into fourth week, still no correct windows

They followed up by sending a staff member to confirm the size and labour requirements for insatllation of the Garaga door. We opted to have the door installed by their staff. The door was ordered and upon arrival an insatllation time was arranged. The installers, Corey and Jody, arrived and spent the day doing the installation. They were most professional and competent as they progressed through a rather complicated installation. The job was completed in the early afternoon and we were given instructions on the operation and maintenance of the door. We are very pleased from start to finish and would recommend this company and its products to others. Thank you so much to Rick and his team. Philip and Stephanie Gavell
