2 stars for overall experience because once we were never notified that the door was available for pick up at the warehouse. Once we knew that the door was available for pick up we asked if we could have it delivered to our house because we didnt have access to a large enough vehicle to pick up a 16ft door. In return we got rude comments like " we aren't a door delivery company " and " huff's and puffs" into the phone so i could hear his frustration because I've called him numerous times wondering when and if they could deliver my door.
Our door was installed by someone else because of this.
Ill be looking elsewhere for the 2 doors i need for my detached garage. Once they get half your money the service goes down hill. I hope i never need to use the warranty.
