At Overhead Door we strive to make sure our customers are happy with our work and product. We certainly understand Mr. Coombs frustration, and are doing everything we can to make sure his garage door needs are met. Unfortunately bad weather, combined with his garage location being 1.5 hours outside St. John’s has worked against us in getting his door installed in a timely matter. Since this review we have been able to access his site, a proper measurement and site inspection was completed. Mr. Coombs requires a 8’ x 7’ door, however additional framing is required before the door can be installed. Mr. Coombs has been notified on what needs to be done and will contact us as soon as the proper framing is complete. We will continue to work with Mr. Coombs until he is 100% satisfiedexcellent service
