Overhead Door had assessed our old door previously to fix a broken part and the service had been prompt and professional, and I also knew they dealt in Garaga doors which I had researched already and was interested in having installed, so I decided to try their services again. The installers who came to assess our door and measure for a new one gave abundant helpful advice on choosing, customizing and caring appropriately for a new door. The sales department responded quickly to inquiries and were polite and thorough both via email and on the telephone. We had a bit of wait time for our door but when it arrived it was well worth it - the installation was done promptly and this whole structure looked far more professional than the previous unit, and the new garage door opener is a quiet and efficient dream after the growling monstrosity it replaced. It wasn't inexpensive but when it comes to these types of purchases, you usually get what you pay for, and I think the price was reasonable for the quality of service and product we received. I would not hesitate to recommend Overhead Door (Newfoundland) to my friends and neighbours based on our experience.
